Description

my least favorite pokemon character this was a total pain in my butt. i find that i spend majority of my time on the eyes and hair. eyes took the most time(like 2 hours) and the hair took about...1 hour? but yeah, i like how this turned out :XD: i thought i should include kasumi in my gallery. she made hate the color green.her eyes were too damn hard as usual,cruddy background ^^;

used: wacom bamboo connect tablet,photoshop cs4 and paint tool sai.
